Our EAP service will provide a voluntary, prompt, anonymous, confidential and easily accessible counselling service to your company's employees, who might find themselves in a challenging life situation.

EAP is worthwhile:

Troubled employees have a higher frequency of injuries and accidents. This links to problems with concentration, memory, or decision making.

A Cost/Benefit analysis carried out from 1996-98 (Dainas & Marks, 2000), compared companies not using an EAP to similar companies using the program, and discovered a cost efficiency factor of 2:1 in favour of the companies using the EAP.

EAP as an HSE-tool:

EAP Norge will provide your company with a long term and stable HSE-tool for increased safety awareness, reduced level of stress factors and reduced sick leave.
