• For more than 25 years I have worked as counselor, supervisor and therapist for people experiencing different kinds of problems.The themes are as diverse as the people. None of the themes or the sessions has ever been insignificant.
• Working with individuals, families, couples and groups I have experienced the importance of communication and a functional social network for the individual’s self-esteem, well - being and ability to deal with the daily life.
• Helping people to become able to face and cope with their problems and to look for new opportunities, is most satisfactory.
• Experiencing companies offering EAP services for employees and their family members, to state that employees are valuable assets to the company, are important factors to me.
• Also experiencing that our EAP service has proven to be profitable and useful for both employees and companies through more than 15 years, are important to me.

I am educated as a gestalt psychotherapist at Norsk Gestaltinstitutt.

I also have two more years of continuing education as well as two more years of training as a supervisor at the same Institute.

In recent years I have worked with therapy / counseling / supervision and coaching for individuals, couples and groups, and courses.

I am a former career officer from the military and then for several years I held different positions in human resources /leading /managing in both private and public sector.

As a counselor and therapist I am committed to help persons understand more of themselves, their behavior patterns, and how we act being human individuals.

The EAP service provides me the opportunity to use my broad experience from public and private sectors, and give me the necessary flexibility to meet the diverse needs that are presented through the people who attend the EAP.

I was educated at Norsk Gestaltinstitutt and also have two years of continuing education as Gestalt psychotherapist.

Since 1999 I have worked with therapy / counseling and coaching for individuals, couples and groups in and outside the military.

I am a professional officer and leader in the military. For many years I have had the task of teaching, developing and mentoring young leaders. I have also conducted counseling, therapy and supervision of people who are in /do have a challenging situation / personal crisis there and then.

As a counselor and therapist I am committed to help persons become more aware of themselves and their surroundings, and how verbal and nonverbal communication affect us and our behavior.
